Dessert with almonds
200 gr (7 oz) of almonds
200 gr (7 oz) of sugar
2 oranges (possibly untreated)
1 packet of baking powder
1 packet of icing sugar
In a blender chop the almonds.
Break the eggs, separate the yolk from egg white, add the yolks with the sugar.
In a bowl mounted the egg white until snow with a pinch of salt, chop in slices the oranges with peel, put in a blender and to whisk.
Unite all ingredients, add baking powder, mix well and put it in a buttered pan in a preheated oven at 160 degrees C (310 degrees F) for 40-45 minutes.
Serve sprinkling with icing sugar.
This is a very good recipe for many people for vegetarians also, but not for vegans.
