Spaghetti with zucchini and little tomatoes
(for 4 people)

Ingredients:
400 gr (14 oz) of spaghetti
6 little zucchini
8 little tomatoes
12 leaves of parsley
2 cloves of garlic
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt and chilli powder (or pepper)

Preparation:
Put in a pan with 2 tablespoons of olive oil the garlic cut into thin slices, zucchini cut into small cubes and let fry gently for 5 minutes, then add the cut tomatoes into 4 parts, the basil leaves and cook for another 5 minutes on pan covered, adding a little water if necessary, adjust salt and pepper (or chilli) and when cooked add 2 tablespoons of olive oil.

Meanwhile in a pot with salted water cook the spaghetti, drain, add to the sauce and sauté in a pan for 1 minute.
If you wish, serve sprinkled with grated Parmesan cheese.

This is a very good recipe, recommended at all people also vegetarians and vegans.
