Tagliatelle with fresh salmon
(for 4 people)

350 gr (12 oz) of fresch tagliatelle (egg noodles)
400 gr (14 oz) of salmon
3 cloves of garlic
1 bunch of parsley
2 tablespoons tomato puree
1/2 cup white wine
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt and chilli(or pepper)

Cut the salmon into chunks and brown it with the garlic and 2 tablespoons of oil.

When it has browned, pour the white wine and let it evaporate, add the tomato puree and cook for 10 minutes adding a little water if necessary, add salt and chilli peppers.

When cooked, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and chopped parsley.

Meanwhile in a pot with salted water cook the noodles, drain and add to hot sauce, toss for 1 minute.

his is a very good recipe for many people, but not for vegetarians and vegans.
